Chemours is seeking a Lean Transformation Leader to join our Titanium Technologies team at the DeLisle Plant in Pass Christian, MS. The role uses the Chemours Business System, Lean, Six Sigma and digitalization to boost safety, quality and efficiency across site value streams.

You will mentor teams, run kaizen events, lead value‑stream mapping, and drive improvements with data analytics (Power BI, machine learning, AI). Mobility to other plants supports leadership growth across our network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years implementing Lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading Tier Daily Management, A3 problem solving, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Continuous Improvement & Lean Leadership activities, kaizen events and 6S/Standard Work/Visual Management.
• Facilitate strategic planning and milestone driven initiative execution across value streams.
• Drive Operational Excellence by reducing waste and using data-driven gap analysis with cross‑functional teams.
• Promote collaboration and leadership development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide daily management rigor and dashboarding for KPIs including safety, cost of manufacture, yield, and OEE/Quality metrics.
