Job summary

Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division at the Reno, NV facility seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our lean manufacturing journey and drive transformational change. Relocation assistance is available, with a salary range of $97,000 to $143,000 per year.

You will develop process-improvement solutions, mentor teams on Lean principles, facilitate Kaizen events, and deploy Eaton's Operational Excellence programs, reporting to the Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years applying Lean tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Direct or indirect leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading medium to large Kaizen events using TPS.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing journey and develop process-improvement solutions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S and training using the Learn-Do-Teach model.
• Drive OPEX strategy and roadmaps for the Reno facility.
• Manage OpA implementation and deploy CI goals with KPI tracking.
