Prysmian is seeking a seasoned Lean leader to own the transformation agenda at our Marion site in Indiana. You will drive the site-wide Lean roadmap, partner with the Site Director, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will lead Kaizen events, develop Lean leaders, embed daily management, and build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement that lasts beyond projects.

Competenze

• Experienced Lean Black Belt / CI Leader in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements (cost, throughput, lead time).
• Deep expertise in Value Stream Transformation, Flow & Pull Systems, Hoshin Kanri.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and drive lasting change.
• Experience leading cost reduction and process flow initiatives.
