Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a true Lean Transformation leader to own the site’s Lean strategy and drive sustained improvements. You will partner with top site leadership to prioritize opportunities, deliver measurable gains, and embed Lean thinking into daily decisions.

This role demands hands-on Kaizen execution, coaching of operators and leaders, and the ability to influence across organizational levels to ensure lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial engineering preferred).
• 3-5 years in manufacturing with Kaizen/Continuous Improvement leadership.
• Proficient in Gemba Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, Visual & Daily Management, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, Standard Work Development, and 3P Layout.
• Capable of facilitating Kaizen Events and identifying Lean-minded personnel.
• Experience leading cost reduction and process flow improvements.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive lasting behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation agenda and Lean roadmap.
• Partner with Site Director to prioritize opportunities and drive gains in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
• Lead high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow and cost transformation.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable, tracked results.
• Embed Lean thinking into daily decisions with standard work and daily management.
• Build a pipeline of Lean leaders across the site.
