Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation and build a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy (Hoshin Kanri).
• Partner with Site Director to prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive measurable gains across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
• Lead high-impact Kaizen events focusing on flow, constraint removal, and cost transformation.
