Job summary

Allegion, a global safety and security leader, seeks an Operational Excellence Lean Specialist in Colorado Springs. You will support lean transformation across the value stream and help build world-class daily management systems.

You will gather data, perform cycle-time analyses, lead improvement events, develop standard work, and coach teams to sustain gains. Visual management tools and mission control boards are part of your toolkit.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing or logistics.
• Experience with world-class lean transformation projects and teams.
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support lean transformation and daily management across the value stream.
• Gather data for KPIs, perform analyses, and map current/ future states.
• Lead rapid improvement events and coach teams on standard work.
• Facilitate Gemba walks, problem-solving, and visual management tools.
• Develop and maintain training for Lean tools and methodologies.
• Ensure improvements are sustained and visible on mission control boards.
