Job summary

Allegion is seeking a production leadership professional to optimize flow across the manufacturing value stream and lead a cross-functional team. The role emphasizes continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency while guiding associates and enforcing company policies.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in operations management, engineering, or business and demonstrates lean expertise, ERP proficiency (Oracle preferred), and strong communication skills to drive results across

Qualifications

Must have supervisory experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Lean tools knowledge and process improvement experience.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle; able to analyze data to drive decisions.
Effective communication at all levels, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Improve flow in production value stream and reduce non-value-added activities.
Lead and coach direct reports; implement changes to improve quality and profitability.
Ensure production, quality and safety standards are met on time.
Provide training and development for associates; manage discipline per policies.
Set goals, plan resources, and review performance against targets.
Support continuous improvement in customer service, productivity and quality.
