Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO, on a primarily onsite contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on partnering with leaders to identify opportunities, facilitate change initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC across a large organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvement initiatives across multiple departments where you were not the SME.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, including executive-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement with leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives across teams and departments.
• Lead process mapping and CJM, current-state/future-state analysis.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, rapid improvement events, and strategic planning.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and related methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure outcomes.
