Job summary

eTeam is seeking an onsite, experienced Business Process Manager to lead lean initiatives across PHCS operations. The role focuses on training stakeholders, implementing lean principles, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The BPM will partner with leadership to map processes, deploy Six Sigma projects, and build internal capability while sustaining measurable financial returns for the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful continuous improvement programs.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in the requirements.
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience in regulated industries and implementing process improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive BPM strategy incl. process mapping and change management framework.
• Establish and communicate BPM vision, leading LEAN or Six Sigma improvements.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximise value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations.
• Empower and upskill internal teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and train staff in CI methodologies.
• Identify end-to-end improvement opportunities and design high-value processes.
• Build capabilities to improve processes and drive financial returns.
• Assist in designing innovative solutions to improve performance and service delivery.
