Job summary

Turner in Columbus, OH is seeking an Experienced Lean/Project Manager to lead and support BU/project level efforts focused on lean culture, customer value, and continuous improvement. You will drive Last Planner System adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with regional goals.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years' related construction experience, plus strong communication, coaching, and BIM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years’ related construction experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Change agent implementing strategies that develop and strengthen a lean enterprise culture in alignment with region and company goals and priorities.
• Works daily with the team in the Last Planner System mechanics.
• Is a key member of the management team providing insight, direction and strategic alignment to the business.
• Supports project launches using Launch Matrix and Lean Roadmap.
• Provides standard lean training and coaching across projects and regions.
• Conducts regular project reviews with leadership to set measurable improvement goals.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support lean initiatives and culture.
