Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Lean Practitioner to lead and support lean initiatives at the business unit or project level, driving value and a learning culture on site. You will coach teams in the Last Planner System and lean tools, aligning with regional goals and project timelines.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, standard work, and training across regions while travel is extensive. A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of five years' related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Preferred Last Planner System experience; BIM knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support lean excellence at Business Unit or Project level.
• Work daily with teams using Last Planner System mechanics.
• Provide insight and strategic alignment to the business unit/project management teams.
• Support project launches using the Launch Matrix.
• Develop and conduct lean training and workshops regionally.
