Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Last Planner System experience or Advancing Lean training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support lean-enterprise initiatives at BU or project level.
• Utilize Last Planner System with project teams to improve flow and reliability.
• Provide insight and strategic alignment to management and project teams.
• Develop and implement training for lean principles and tools across regions.
• Promote standard work and continuous improvement through Lean Roadmap.
