Parker Hannifin, a Fortune 250 leader in motion and control technologies, seeks a Lean transformation leader for its Utah plant. You will drive Parker Lean System implementation, train associates, and measure progress using Win Scorecard and Lean Journey assessments.

Qualifications

Four-year degree and four years of manufacturing experience with at least two years of direct Lean leadership.
Strong knowledge of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S's, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and QS9000.
Good understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean/Flow throughput world.
Effective presentation skills to share the success and ideas of the division.

Responsibilities

Guides all PLS initiatives at the facility, working with site leadership on lean implementation.
Ensures adherence to PLS standards across the site and supports the Lean team.
Develops and manages a robust Lean Future State Strategy to be implemented at the site.
Ensures ongoing education of employees within PLS and promotes continuous learning.
