Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise others.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and quality tools (Six Sigma/Lean).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality control team on the production floor to drive adherence to quality guidelines, resolve non-conformance issues, and coach team members to maintain inspection standards.
• Assign daily tasks and oversee testing of in-process and finished products to verify customer specifications.
• Ensure testing equipment is functioning and perform internal audits to ensure ISO 9001 alignment.
• Investigate customer complaints and lead corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Make staffing recommendations for the inspection team based on business needs.
• Support cross-training and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive waste elimination through lean principles and tools.
• Oversee the RMA process and ensure timely resolution.
• Recommend new quality tools to ensure high quality of materials and products.
• Train new team members on quality policies and expectations.
