Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering or construction management, 5+ years in design/construction, and strong Lean/5S knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years in design/construction with emphasis in manufacturing, life sciences, or EPCM.
• Proficiency in Last Planner System is required; 5S knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement activities for Life Science projects.
• Facilitate Last Planner System and manage LPS software.
• Train internal staff, vendors and trade partners in lean practices.
• Coordinate Lean processes with design, procurement, construction and CQV phases.
