Job summary

Manifest Solutions is seeking a Lean/Six Sigma Consultant for a position in Corpus Christi, TX. You will lead process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams, develop charters, and map current-state processes using value stream mapping.

The role focuses on DMAIC, root cause analysis, and governance with stakeholders, delivering actionable recommendations, and mentoring process owners to sustain gains within a PMO framework.

Qualifications

• Two experienced Lean/Six Sigma process improvement resources able to work as an integrated team.
• At least one resource must hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt preferred for the lead resource.
• The second resource must hold at least a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting value stream mapping, root cause analysis, DMAIC, process design, and continuous improvement across complex cross-functional processes.
• Demonstrated Business Process Management experience, including process architecture, governance, RACI, controls, and standard work.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, written communication, data analysis, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience within PMOs, capital construction, utility, infrastructure, finance, planning, engineering, or operations environments preferred.
• Experience defining workflow, dashboard, notification, and automation requirements in Microsoft 365 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean/Six Sigma engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop engagement charter, stakeholder map, and detailed work plans.
• Document current-state maps, baselines, and data limitations.
• Identify wastes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or handoffs.
• Define corrective and preventive actions with owners and metrics.
• Support pilots, adoption planning, and benefits tracking.
• Transfer methods and templates to PMO personnel for sustainability.
