Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Facilitator Team Lead to guide a team of facilitators and drive continuous improvement across the site. You will mentor Six Sigma projects, support belt training, and maintain reliable data to enable actions.

With strong leadership and communication, you will coordinate with area leadership and sustain standardized work practices. The role requires reading technical drawings, coordinating training, and backing production leadership as needed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Yellow Belt certified with completion of multiple successful projects.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform or other data visualization tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilitators and support area leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Mentor Belt projects through the DMAIC process and support Belt training sessions.
• Maintain and update data in the BBG TCA database for actionable insights.
• Oversee Continuous Improvement tools and keep them effective and user-friendly.
• Serve as a backup to the Site Continuous Improvement Manager and production leadership as needed.
