Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging is seeking a Quality Supervisor to drive cross-functional improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methods. You will partner with department managers to basel ine processes, establish metrics, and sustain change across the plant.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication are essential for reducing spoilage and improving customer audits. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing quality or related field, with progressive manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing quality or management experience.
Progressive experience in manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma and lean tools.
Experience with Value Stream analysis, DMAIC projects, and rapid improvement events.
Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Project).

Responsibilities

Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional departments and employees.
Identify, document, and baseline core processes, establish metrics and control plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, plan and implement improvements.
Travel to customer locations, as needed, to build relationships with customer teams.
Provide mentoring and coaching to department teams and report progress to Plant Manager.
Support ISO14001 and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
