Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related technical field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required (Black Belt strongly preferred).
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, and/or continuous improvement leadership roles.
Experience in food packaging or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to deliver measurable business results.
Own and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee the QC Inspector team and Quality Lab.
Facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, DMAIC and root cause analyses.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to enhance throughput and reduce variability.
