Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain and improve the quality system, perform data analysis, and interface with customers and suppliers. You will report to the site Quality Manager and collaborate with production and corporate teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes statistical problem solving, validation, and measurement techniques, with responsibility for SPC, CMM, and quality equipment oversight. Strong manufacturing experience in packaging is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Quality Engineer a plus.
• Six Sigma certification preferred (green or black belt).
• Minimum 3 years’ quality engineer experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement Six Sigma based problem solving and corrective actions.
• Support process and test method validation with protocols for new/existing processes.
• Interface with customers and vendors for technical quality support.
