Job summary

IKG seeks a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations in a team-focused environment. You will lead initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Partner with plant leadership to implement standardized work, sustain improvements, and manage risk. Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret performance metrics.
• Experience developing standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Ability to influence at all levels and work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, waste reduction, quality, and cost savings.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methods.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for safety, quality, and production issues.
• Develop and maintain safety programs, policies, and training in line with OSHA standards.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to reduce risk.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, production, and improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish standardized work practices and sustain improvements.
• Coordinate safety training and continuous improvement workshops.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and internal audits.
• Manage risk programs to minimize operational and compliance risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance and project results.
