This role partners with national leaders and serves as Smartsheet administrator, delivering scalable automated solutions for streamlined processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, five years' experience, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification required.
Five years related experience required.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement projects.
Healthcare, blood banking, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, defects, and waste; quantify impact.
Collaborate with leaders to prioritize initiatives and develop control plans.
Coach teams on Lean and structured problem-solving approaches; drive shared improvements.
Go-and-See visits to observe processes; document and validate improvements; prepare status updates.
Smartsheet administration for National BPI Manager: configure, manage users, workflows, dashboards.
