• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, operations, or related roles.
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis.

• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, RIEs, or workshops.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics skills.
