Job summary

Duke Energy in Raleigh, NC, seeks a senior process improvement leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the organization. You will own and execute lean events, map current and future state processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable operational change.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with seven or more years of related experience.
Alternative: Associate's degree with eleven or more years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

Own and execute lean events and business integration efforts based on priorities from senior management; document current state and develop future state processes; plan, facilitate events, and drive implementation strategies.
Generate and deliver work products to support continuous improvement (value stream maps, financial analysis, gap analysis, roadmaps, business cases)
Coach/mentor other teams and stakeholders on Lean and Six Sigma concepts and applications.
