Job summary

The role requires collaborating with senior stakeholders, coaching teams, and guiding lean events, roadmaps, and action-item tracking to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven (7) or more years related work experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree and seven years, an Associate's degree with eleven or more years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute lean events and business integration efforts based on Senior Management Team priorities; document current and future state processes; plan, facilitate events, and translate discussions into implementation strategies.
• Generate and deliver continuous improvement work products (e.g., value stream maps, gap analysis, roadmaps, business cases).
• Coach and mentor other teams and stakeholders on Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
