Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• Experience in process improvement or operations engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen projects and root-cause analysis.
• Collect data to measure performance and support decisions.
• Develop SOPs and process maps for optimized workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and track effectiveness of changes.
