Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–5 years of related experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification encouraged.
• Proficiency with varied computer applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead continuous improvement initiatives with SMEs.
• Interact with upper management to communicate initiative status.
• Analyze data (OEE, uptime, scrap, margin, labor cost) to drive decisions.
• Design improvements via lean methods and standard work.
• Coach process owners to sustain changes across functions.
• Develop SOPs and batch-record reviews to sustain gains.
• Audit processes during validation and post-implementation.
