The position requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma, capacity planning, and dashboard development, with a focus on real-time reporting

Qualifications

• Hands-on Lean Six Sigma leader for process improvement.
• Experience in capacity planning for multi-site manufacturing.
• Proficient in building real-time dashboards with Power BI.
• Familiar with MES data integration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement across a multi-site precision manufacturing network, identifying waste and improving process capability on the shop floor
• Build and maintain capacity models and scheduling logic that inform production planning, partnering with Planning/Supply Chain to identify mismatches in capacity and demand
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that give Operations and leadership real-time visibility into throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance
• Work with Business IT/OT to ensure MES and shop floor data systems feed clean, reliable data into reporting and planning tools
• Lead root cause investigations and structured problem-solving efforts, turning findings into standard work and measurable process improvements
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and Confluence pages to document processes, standard work, and operational procedures
