Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leader collaborating with Operations, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, and IT/OT.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement across a multi-site precision manufacturing network, identify waste and improve process capability on the shop floor.
• Build and maintain capacity models and scheduling logic that inform production planning, partnering with Planning/Supply Chain to identify mismatches in capacity and demand.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that give Operations and leadership real-time visibility into throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance.
• Work with Business IT/OT to ensure MES and shop floor data systems feed clean, reliable data into reporting and planning tools.
• Lead root cause investigations and structured problem-solving efforts, turning findings into standard work and measurable process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and Confluence pages to document processes, standard work, and operational procedures.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule:Monday thru Friday, (40 hours/week).


• This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403.


• Contract Duration:Approximately 23 months.
