Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and improvement methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Knowledge of DFM and DOE principles.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 documentation.
• Experience evaluating capital equipment investments and ROI.
• Familiar with Lean, Kaizen, PDCA and Six Sigma.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop plans, schedules, risk assessments and implementation strategies.
• Track progress and report to leadership.
• Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfers.
