Job summary

USPL is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Specialist to drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives at its North Brunswick, NJ site. You will support ERP (SYSPRO) and coordinate with regional teams to align with company policies and budget goals.

The role emphasizes Green Belt/Black Belt credentials, mentoring Green Belts, and delivering measurable efficiency gains across functions such as Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Production and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or CI roles.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition of continuous improvement targets and report performance.
• Review workflows and assist root cause analysis.
• Identify gaps and present findings to leadership.
• Recommend optimized workflows and cell designs to improve cost, efficiency, and safety.
• Assist in setting up test workflows and gather employee feedback.
• Provide guidance to SYSPRO Super Users across departments.
• Report on KPIs for quality, productivity, cost and service delivery.
• Develop training materials for Lean processes and principles.
