Job summary

USPL in North Brunswick, NJ seeks a Specialist, Lean Six Sigma to support Lean manufacturing, ERP (SYSPRO) optimization, and continuous improvement across functions. You will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

You will mentor Green Belts, monitor KPI performance, and ensure training aligns with budget goals while sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing environments or CI projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt; Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement targets and report KPI performance.
• Assist root-cause analysis and workflow optimization.
• Lead Lean programs from inception to completion.
• Support SYSPRO modules and end-user training.
• Develop Lean training materials for employees.
