Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent required.
• Proven experience leading process improvement projects.
• Solid data collection and analysis skills; knowledge of SPC and control charts.

Responsibilities

• Monitors provider schedule change requests and notifies leadership of issues.
• Adjusts provider schedules to prevent unnecessary rescheduling of patient appointments.
• Leads strategic initiatives to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
