The role combines strategic and tactical work, ensuring proactive, accurate provider scheduling and coordination with Revenue Cycle systems.

Qualifications include Lean Six Sigma certification and proven project leadership, with strong data analysis, process mapping, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement Certification.
• Proven experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong data collection/analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and statistical controls.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on performance improvement methodologies.
• Educate and consult physicians, leaders, and clinical staff.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and promote patient-centered operations.
• Develop and maintain provider clinic schedules.
• Update schedules in Revenue Cycle and the online scheduling software.
• Inform leadership of scheduling changes and issues.
