Qualifications

• Proven experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong data collection/analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Provider schedule changes via Provider Scheduling Outlook list.
• Notifies managers of discrepancies in the Provider schedule.
• Adjusts provider schedules in Revenue Cycle to avoid rescheduling.
• Manages and executes strategic initiatives for successful outcomes.
• Analyzes, documents processes, and optimizes controls to boost performance and cut costs.
