Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field or Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt, Change Management and/or Project Management strongly preferred.
• CPHQ preferred; required within 2 years of hire; RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement projects and coach leaders and team members.
• Facilitate CQI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management and Project Management.
• Develop and deliver curriculum for process improvement training.
• Collaborate with administrators, managers, and physicians to identify and support performance improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and monitor outcomes.
