Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies.
• Ability to lead kaizens and train others.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CI vision and strategy deployment with stakeholders.
• Lead or co-facilitate CI workshops and kaizens.
• Drive improvement ideas with area owners and share across sites.
• Support adoption of Systematic CI Framework Standards.
• Provide CI training for employees and leadership.
• Pursue Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
