Job summary

Plymouth Tube Company - Trent in Kentucky seeks a Continuous Improvement professional to lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across the mills. You will coach teams, drive standard work, 6S, TPM and SMED, and push visual/daily management to lift safety, quality, delivery, cost, and revenue.

This hands-on role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in CI, and travel up to 25%. MBA is a plus. You will model Plymouth Tube values and partner with operations to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable technical field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement.
• Travel required up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Mill team on Lean Six Sigma principles; hands-on.
• Lead CI transformation initiatives and annual plans.
• Facilitate rapid improvement events to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Coach teams in problem solving using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Coordinate change initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
• Model Plymouth Tube values and promote accountability.
