Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Tulsa is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead value-stream mapping, lean initiatives, and process optimization in our integration center. You will drive world-class manufacturing practices across production and warehouse operations.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing with LEAN or Six Sigma, strong data analysis skills, and experience with KAIZEN and DMAIC. You will mentor teams, implement poka-yoke and visual controls, and help achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3+ years in a manufacturing setting; or 1 year with a Master’s degree.
• LEAN or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Hands-on problem solving with value-stream mapping and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Map value streams, conduct time studies, and analyze data in warehouse and assembly.
• Improve process safety, quality, and efficiency using Lean concepts.
• Apply tools like A3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S+Safety, and Kaizen.
• Mentor teams in LEAN manufacturing and CI culture.
• Lead Kaizen events to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Collaborate on poke-yoke and visual control solutions with quality/ME.
• Support managers in setting annual operational targets.
• Identify new technologies to enhance production processes.
• Prepare training on World Class Manufacturing techniques.
