Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Plant Manager and lead CI projects.
• Conduct DMAIC and design for Six Sigma projects.
• Provide hands-on training and mentoring on CI initiatives.
• Facilitate and lead Continuous Improvement events.
• Develop and deliver programs on lean principles.
