Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for our Wylie, TX facility to apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and manage improvement projects across production lines. You will work with plant personnel to identify opportunities, lead Kaizen events, and drive cost reductions with data-driven analyses.

The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Normal hours are Mon–Fri, with travel 40–60% yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
• 2+ years in lean Six Sigma environment or equivalent.
• Lean Champion Certification and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge to manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis to reduce process inefficiencies.
• Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate manufacturing performance.
• Prepare written justifications for ACEs and capital expenditures.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement events.
• Coordinate multiple teams to execute and sustain improvements.
