Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to advance the Carlisle Operating System (COS) by leading CI initiatives across value streams, departments, and facilities. This role supports facility goals while contributing to broader operational objectives through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.

The CI Project Manager independently leads improvement initiatives, applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and drives alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field with 6 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 4 years’ experience
  • Master’s degree with 4+ years in business/manufacturing is preferred
  • Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred; Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred for senior-level roles

Responsibilities

  • Lead CI initiatives across manufacturing and business functions.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, VSM, 5S, and standard work implementation.
  • Coach leaders and teams on COS, Lean, and CI methodologies.
  • Monitor KPIs, savings, and project performance.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to drive CI adoption.
  • Manage large cross-functional projects with defined scope and timelines.
