Job summary

OMG Inc. seeks a Lean Continuous Improvement Manager to champion lean and CI across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will lead a relentless improvement program focused on LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM and OEE, driving value through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include directing Kaizen events, mentoring teams, and integrating Lean tools into NPD and daily operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of Lean, Six Sigma and related improvement experience with measurable results.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, SME/AME Lean, ASQ CQE or MOM OE preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and change-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across functions.
• Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the number one priority for OMG employees.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing (5S, value stream mapping, SMED) and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and reduce variability.
• Create Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Roadmaps with leadership to drive Lean thinking.
• Influence Lean thinking in New Product Development processes.
• Champion Lean Management Systems and Gemba processes with robust employee engagement.
• Develop and deliver lean training and mentoring programs.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct Kaizen events with root-cause analysis and financial payback.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to implement process control and standard work.
• Direct and engage strategic partners in Lean transformation projects.
• Build an internal network of lead leaders and trainers through development plans.
• Develop, track and report Lean metrics and financial impact to Leadership.
