Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or three years related experience.
• Strong reading/comprehension of safety rules and procedures.
• Effective communication with groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPI data and track ship/receiving performance daily.
• Assist in staffing to meet shipping goals and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Promote teamwork and cross-training to achieve KPIs.
• Develop and implement processes to improve service, cost, quality and safety.
• Ensure 5S standards are followed in the area.
• Supervise forklift operation and DOT compliance as needed.
• Oversee invoicing and related shipping paperwork.
