Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading and developing front-line associates.
• Proven ability to meet project deliverables and company metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable through coaching.
• Support strategic plans aligned with Carvana's objectives.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and performance metrics.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production targets for all lines.
