Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor to lead the Quality Support Teams across gage calibration, electronics standards calibration, hydraulics flow, metallurgy lab, NDT, and layout. The role drives the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to ensure safe, efficient operations and premier customer service.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day activities, mentor staff, and push continuous improvements to reduce waste and lead times while meeting production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of directly related experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred, union supervision a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems and regulatory requirements (FAA, AS9100, NADCAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Support Teams (gage/calibration, electronics standards, hydraulics, metallurgy lab, NDT, layout).
• Implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy for safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee daily tasks to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop standardized work instructions and maintain improvement boards.
• Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction and cost/schedule optimization.
