Quest Diagnostics in San Juan Capistrano is seeking a leader to drive Business Transformation/Lean initiatives, improving efficiency across services, solutions and processes while boosting customer and employee satisfaction. This role also involves coaching teams to apply Lean tools in daily work and leading diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years leading projects from initiation to completion.
• Formal training in PM or continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to lab departments to meet quality, service, and cost targets.
• Spend significant time in the lab to learn processes and pain points.
• Collaborate with leadership to review metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead projects and teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Own timelines, budgets, and deliverables; manage constraints.
• Coach others in Lean principles and conduct on-site workshops.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders; manage expectations.
• Deliver root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
