Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Lean Coordinator to support the adoption of Lean practices on Lima, OH construction projects. You will work with project teams to implement the Last Planner System and Lean Roadmap under supervision of the Regional Lean Manager and project leaders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lean adoption and Last Planner System on assigned projects.
• Develops and follows Lean Roadmap to achieve project goals.
• Provides coaching and workshops with teams and regional Lean Manager.
• Sets up Visual Management, 5S, and related lean practices.
• Contributes to regular project reviews to track status and improve outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
