Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Toledo, OH, seeks an experienced Lean/Last Planner Coordinator to support Lean adoption on projects in Lima, Ohio. You will work with project teams to implement Lean Roadmap, run Last Planner workshops, and help set up visual management and 5S on site.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ related experience, strong communication, and ability to read contract docs, drawings, specs, and schedules; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + minimum of two years’ related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Demonstrated commitment to leadership, learning, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Supports project teams in using Lean Roadmap as a learning resource to achieve project goals.
• Works daily with teams in the Last Planner System mechanics.
• Supports development and implementation of project improvements and innovations through workshops and coaching.
• Collaborates with Regional Lean Manager to share and learn from improvement efforts.
• Sets up Visual Management, 5S, etc. on assigned projects.
• Develops project-specific implementation strategies for lean and LPS.
• Conducts regular project reviews to assess status and opportunities.
