Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience applying lean principles and statistical methods.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Lean/Six Sigma strategies across the Norman facility.
• Leads change management, communicates changes, and builds commitment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Establishes processes, measurements, and standards to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
